Returns
In case of receipt of damaged, defective or not as ordered items, please report the same immediately to our Customer Service team (hello@arethanaturalbeauty.com) on the day of delivery of the goods and the replacement will be on its way to you.
Please note in such cases where a replacement is not available refunded amount will stay as store credit to use for future ordering.
We don’t do returns for an OOPS purchase.
