Do we deliver internationally?

At this time, we just deliver to the United Arab Emirates.

What payment options do we accept?

We accept cash on delivery (COD) and soon we will be accepting credit / debit cards will be accepted.

Is there a minimum spend for free delivery?

Simply spend AED 200 or more for free delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time. Just kindly let us know by calling us on during business hours to speak to one of our team about your order. Alternatively, please email us at support@arethanaturalbeauty.com.

Do we deliver on weekends?

At this time, we only deliver during the weekdays to addresses in the United Arab Emirates.

Can I change the address of my delivery?

Please contact a member of our team to discuss this on +971 588087452 during business hours. Alternatively, please send your request to support@arethanaturalbeauty.com. If you order has already been dispatched, this may not be possible.

How long does it take to recieve my order?

Once your order is placed, delivery will be between 2 - 3 days. Our courier team will call you when they are on the way with the delivery. If the phone isn't answered on 4 attempts they will return your shipment to our Warehouse. Please call +971588087452 if you may have missed the couriers call attempts.

SAMPLES

We like to spoil you with samples in every order. The samples we put into your package change monthly, so you can test out different products. That being said, we do not offer samples on all products.
